The Myrtle Beach
Birdie Championship
Current Year Trip:
Whistling Straits
- Our schedule is set. I did make one day a 36 hole day. We only pay the cart fee in the afternoon, so it feels silly not to take advantage of it. Changes can still be made but the sooner the better, so let me know if anyone wants anything different. Our package also includes a 30 minute golf lesson. It is set up as a 1hr lesson for two people and one instructor. So the total time you get is 30 mins with the instructor. It is possible if you share an instructor with Paul you will get less than 30 minutes.
Friday 5/15 Erin Hills 12.48
Saturday 5/16 Irish 8:05 and 3:27
Sunday 5/17 Meadow Valley 10.28
Sunday 5/17 The Baths (Par 3) 5:00
Monday 5/18 Lessons (Straits) 10:30
Monday 5/18 Straits 12:12
Tuesday 5/19 Rivers 8:44
Breakfast is included in our package. For our later tee times we will have a sit down breakfast. For our early tee times, there is a continental grab and go in our lobby. We also have dinner reservations each night. Most of them are at the course we are finishing, so we can freshen up but I don’t expect to go back to the room and shower first. My friend Angela said this is completely normal and typical to go right from the course to dinner. Feels like packing will be very easy for this trip.

I think this covers it all. Someone will need to book a rental car eventually. Paul, memorialize this somewhere on the website so we can find it in 11 months.
Let me know if I’m missing anything.
