Dan Hoelke
Dan Hoelke is a 5 time winner of the MBBC, having last won MBBC XXVII in 2023 at Myrtle Beach / Pinehurst MBBC XXVII, putting an end to a 17 year draught. He was the champion in three consecutive years ranging from 2004-2006 until he suffered a leg injury in 2007 and was unable to defend the title. Dan's personal best in one year was 8 birdies which he achieved in 2001 and 2005. His favorite course is Grande Dunes where he has recorded 12 all-time birdies (Barefoot Love is close behind with 11). Dan is Mr. Las Vegas and is responsible for all Las Vegas lodging and activities. He is also the official weatherman of the MBBC. Dan and his family reside in Wexford, PA.
Eric Drossner
Eric "Droz" Drossner is a 13 time champion of the MBBC. He recently won MBBC XXVIII in Ireland, the only MBBC round to take place internationally. Droz has won 12 out of the last 17 MBBC tournaments (it should be noted that he was not a full participant in 2 of these years). Droz is currently ranked #1 on the MBBC tour and has been the most consistent player in recent years. His personal best in one year was 9 birdies which he accomplished in 2009. Droz's favorite courses are Grande Dunes and Barefoot Fazio where he has recorded 11 all-time birdies. His home course is Bluestone Country Club (formerly Meadowlands) in Blue Bell, PA. Droz's chief responsibility is the creation of the scoreboard. Droz and his family reside in Blue Bell.
Scott Woods
Scott Woods is a 6 time winner of the MBBC, having last won MBBC XX in Las Vegas. He was the champion in four consecutive years ranging from 1997-2000, although it was believed that no one else was actually competing in those years. His holds the record for most runner-up finishes with 14. Scott's personal best in one year was 6 birdies which he has done on three separate occasions. His favorite course is Barefoot Love where he has recorded 19 all-time birdies. Scott is the tournament's official trip reporter, photographer and videographer, and is responsible for the course itinerary as well as transportation. Scott and his family reside in Ellicott City, MD.
Paul Rovner
Paul Rovner is a 5 time winner of the MBBC with his most recent win coming in 2021. His most memorable win came in 2012 when he fired 3 birdies in the final round at Crow Creek to come from behind to take the title while finishing with a personal best 7 birdies for the trip. His second most memorable win came in 2021 when he fired 3 birdies in the opening round at Reflection Bay in Las Vegas and never looked back. His favorite course is Barefoot Fazio where he has recorded 9 all-time birdies (Caledonia and Barefoot Love are close behind with 6). Paul is the tournament statistician and webmaster. Paul and his family reside in Dresher, PA.
